Katie has been with EC for a little over two years. In her tenure with EC, Katie has held the roles of Unit Manager, HR Manager and is currently serving as the Operations Manager.
For the past 2 years, Katie has been using her excellent organizational and communication skills to enhance daily operations as well as customer service and relations. This is driven by her vision, growth, and performance.
As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, Katie is known for driving brand growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering quality and performance. Katie is dedicated with a passion for bringing people together which is shown through ideas and inspiration with a completely hands-on approach. Never one for the 9-5 jobs, Katie's extensive background in all things people-related transfers over to her role today. Patient, genuine, and committed to EC and her customer base.
