Dean started Environment Control of South Denver in August of 2000, with a dream of building a premier service organization. His vision for the company was to provide excellent service for customers and be a fantastic place to work for employees. Each EC company is locally owned and operated so each owner has a big influence on the company structure, systems and success.

Dean earned a Bachelor's Degree from Montana State University and a Master’s Degree from Eastern Washington University. He served 12 Years US Army Reserves where he was honorably discharged. He is currently a Board Member for Southeast Christian School and commits other time and resources to serving in the community in various ways.

Sean has over 15 years of facilities/custodial management experience. Within those 15 years, Sean has been the Project Director over CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and downtown Denver. Sean worked as operations manager for multiple large accounts from Dish Network home campus, to Starz Encore call center in Colorado Springs. Sean was also brought in to be a consultant for setting up the facilities/custodial for Amazon’s 1.5 million square-foot fulfillment center in east Denver when it was being constructed and opened. Sean has also owned and operated his own business as well as being in the customer service industry for 30+ years.

Casandra has over 4 years of Facilities Management experience, working with Project Management for the University of Colorado Anschutz and Downtown Denver campus, Regis University, Front Range Community College, and Denver Public Schools. Casandra managed union contracts with local union SEIU. Casandra has over 15 years of customer service experience. Cassandra has years of experience working on cars and has a diverse background in floor work of many kinds. This well-rounded experience has established her as our go-to person whenever we are solving mechanical problems or considering new machines.

Director of Value Management

Ray oversees all of our hiring and human resource components. He has over 35 years of Facilities/Custodial Management Experience. His experience includes operational management of a custodial contract at Denver International Airport covering 1.5 million square feet. Ray has also operationally managed contracts with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden (25 buildings, 1.2 million square feet), the General Services Administration Building 56 at the Denver Federal Center (400,000 square feet). AT&T 931 14th Street (550,000) and many other large commercial and government facilities. Ray has worked with union and non-union contracts as well as produced numbers of documents to negotiate the training, safety, and documentation of various contract specifics.
