Your Environment Control Triangle Team
Justin has been part of the company since he was in middle school! Started out washing pads & rags & helping Mom and Dad, then biking to a small account to clean when he was 14! He has done literally EVERYTHING for EC Triangle… but excels in OPERATIONS, which he directs. In his spare time, he is either out wining and dining with his wife, or at the ice rink with his ice hockey-playing son, or carpooling the daughter to run track & field… or escaping to his happy place at the beach with the family and new kitties!
Janie and her husband started EC Triangle in 1984, 37 years ago! She is owner and Director of Sales, but has worn MANY HATS through the years… except for stripping and waxing floors! She is looking forward to passing the baton to her son Justin and retiring some year soon! When not dealing with EC details, you might find her puttering around her yard, driving Michael's Mustang, or hanging out with friends or grandkids!
Erika has been with EC Triangle as HR Manager for over a year. She really enjoys the recruiting aspect of her position and looks at it as a never-ending puzzle! Erika enjoys camping, hiking & exploring new cities with her fiancé and son in her free time. She is the first voice that potential employees get to know and is great with that first impression!
Heather has been the Admin for EC Triangle since June 2019. Heather relocated to NC from New Jersey (?!?) in 2015 to be closer to her family. In her free time, Heather enjoys going to local events with her husband Nathan & spending quality time with her dog and crafting.
Patrick serves part-time as Special Services & Supply Manager. Having been with EC since 2011 when he was hired as a floater, he is well-suited in many facets of EC Triangle… and has served our community (and has helped EC's revenues) by doing countless disinfects & orchestrating the sale of sanitizing products since March of 2020. He likes to cook and spend time with his 3 yr. old daughter, Harper Faye.
Austin is the newest addition to the EC family! Austin is the Sales Manager for the Raleigh office and looks forward to helping driving sales up, up, up! He specializes in generating & developing new business as well as establishing great relationships within the community! When he is not busy out in the sales field you can find Austin riding bikes, playing basketball, hanging with friends and family, or lying on the beach!
